I work with other designers, development and engineering teams, and business stakeholders for clients across healthcare, IT enterprise, vehicle manufacturing, and other industries to create compelling designs for web and mobile applications that encompass a wide variety of UX and UI engagements including design thinking workshops, user studies, persona generation, accessibility checks, heuristic evaluations, rapid prototype generation, visual quality assurance audits, and contributions to evolving design systems.

Capital Blue Cross: October 2019 - May 2020; Lead Onsite Designer for Capital Blue Cross’ Capital Blue mobile application; worked with key project managers and business stakeholders to design an iOS and Android based mobile health insurance app for users to view and manage their benefits and claims, get up-to-date information on deductibles and out of pocket costs, view, share, and request new ID cards, and get in quick contact with their doctors and health providers; conducted user interviews to generate key user personas and user journeys; saw product through from initial sketches through wireframes, low-fidelity designs, and high-fidelity prototypes; scaled the app across mobile and tablet screen sizes; established a design system for future product use and growth
Hewlett Packard Enterprise: May 2020 - September 2020; Senior Designer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise; worked with key project managers and business stakeholders to design a web-based asset and lease management portal for businesses and clients to view and order various HP-related equipment, submit purchase orders, create support requests, view data visualizations of product usage and global distributions;
Rivian Automotive: October 2020 - present; Product Designer for the enterprise user experience design team; worked closely with project managers, development leads, and key business stakeholders to build Basecamp: a custom supply chain management portal for facilitating business relations between Rivian and select suppliers and contractors: specific modules include a request for quote (RFQ) process manager, a master data manager, a parts and materials dashboard, a file and document manager, a purchase order and scheduling agreement process manager, and other business-to-business design needs as necessary; delivered consistent visual quality assessments on developed modules; regularly performed user interviews and research for product improvement insights and direction; contributed to Rivian’s Enterprise design system;

I was the UX/UI design intern at BioBright, a startup biotech company based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Worked cross-functionally with the CEO, Product Manager, and UX/UI Developer to design a user interface for the Darwin Speech and Sync platforms.
Led the development, implementation, and documentation of the company’s first cohesive logo redesign and brand identity.

Regularly opened the restaurant as the manager on duty, ensuring an accurate safe count, conducting restaurant-preparedness walkthroughs, issuing appropriate cuts and/or call-ins, maintaining accurate item availability through daily Micros processes, and assisting all front-of- house roles as needed. Additionally, designed a new daily floorplan, premeal templates, and company value posters.
